Alverson Gates THALIMER (1860-1942) He was born October 26, 1860 in Greenville, Mercer County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of David Alverson THALLHIMER and Mary Elizabeth HAMBLIN. David was the ancestor responsible for the action of changing the surname to THALIMER. He married Lucy Mary MOORE, the daughter of Jacob B. MOORE and Jemima COTTON, on February 12, 1890, in New Castle, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania. He died January 29, 1942, in El Monte, Los Angeles County, California.
