This is to certify that I, John J. McIlvaine, Minister of the First Presbyterian Church, New Castle, County of Lawrence, Pennsylvania, have this day examined the Baptismal records of said church which show that RUTH EVELYN, a daughter of Mrs. Lucy Thalimer, born on DECEMBER 2, 1892, received Christian Baptism on JUNE 13, 1895.  The late Rev. C. H. Dunlap was the officiating Minister.
